- Shipping Methods
Bookmart uses Freightcom’s Click Ship service to manage shipping for all orders. We offer various shipping options depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Freightcom provides comprehensive tracking and delivery services to ensure a smooth experience. - Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination. These rates are provided by Freightcom’s Click Ship service, and their Terms of Service and insurance terms apply. - International Orders
For orders outside of Canada, please note that Bookmart is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees assessed by Customs. These costs are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information. - Delivery Timeframes
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary depending on the destination, order volume, and other factors. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. - Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the Freightcom website or through their customer service. - Returns and Refunds

Return/Refund Policy
At Bookmart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- The item is in its original, unopened package.
- The item is in sellable condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags).
- Ineligible Items for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email Inquiry: Contact us at info@bookmart.ca with the subject line “Return/Refund”. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping:
- If your order is not eligible for free shipping for returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For eligible returns, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
- Physical Return: Items can also be returned in person to our Hamilton location at the following address:

- Refunds
- Once your return is processed and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
- If you return the item to our store in Hamilton, your refund will be processed immediately in-store.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchange Options
If you prefer to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please contact us at info@bookmart.ca to discuss available options. - Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bookmart.ca with the subject “Return/Refund – Damaged Item”. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement.
